Look at these babies! Marian with her gloriously styled long hair and Robin without his PTSD scruff. Meeting again after years apart and Marian’s pissed and I love how she has to tell herself not to be impressed/charmed by him and snaps that his lines may work on other girls, but she’s grown up. And he’s such a kicked puppy, because Marian is the ONLY girl and he stupidly thought things would go back to the way they were and is only now realizing that he has to work to repair the relationship he damaged.

AND THEN THEY GET MARRIED. (and nothing else happened ever)
